This residential tower was a mid-range housing project located in Al Warqaa. The goal was to create comfortable yet affordable luxury living for mid-range budget tenants in an up-and-coming area of Dubai. We created a contemporary and sleek interior through the use of light and neutral tones in the apartments while using high quality materials throughout.
