This residential project was designed for a developer/investor. The brief was centered around creating a contemporary and welcoming home that would sell quickly in the mid-range luxury market. The space needed to reflect a sense of luxury living while still maintaining a comfortable and welcoming aesthetic that would appeal to expat families. We kept a neutral color scheme with clean lines throughout while creating a warm, minimalistic and modern interior.
